Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment. -
Delivery time
Belgium & the Netherlands: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by the largest national courier service (e.g., Bpost in Belgium, PostNL in the Netherlands).
All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage of the parcel.
Where is my parcel?
After shipping, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Simply click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 working days before the tracking information is updated. If the tracking still does not display information after several days, you can contact our customer service.
